📅Rental Days
We rent units Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Book early — Saturdays fill fast!
🚚 Delivery & Setup
Free delivery and setup within 10 miles of Holly Springs. We handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on the fun!
🔌 POWER & SPACE
All you need is a dedicated 15-amp circuit within 75ft. Please ensure the setup area is level and cleared of debris and pet waste.
✨ PARTY PROTOCOL
Let's keep the bounce beautiful! No Silly String, face paint, or confetti allowed—these cause permanent stains.
💦 Wet vs. Dry Use
Our Combo units work wet OR dry. For wet use you'll need to provide a standard garden water hose.
📝 Liability Waiver
A signed waiver is required for every rental. You'll receive it by email to sign electronically then again at onsite at setup.
⛈️ Weather Policy
Inclement weather = rain check Credit is valid for 1 year from the original date. We monitor the weather closely and will reach out!
❌ Cancellations
No refunds within 72 hours of rental. Cancellations before 10 days may receive a full refund.
